Orders are processed within 3-5 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information.

Shipping Method

Orders are shipped via USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery times vary based on your location and begin once your package has been accepted by USPS.

Order Tracking

Tracking information will be emailed to you as soon as your order ships so you can follow its journey.

Shipping Delays

While we do our best to ensure your order arrives on time, CAPPD by TB is not responsible for shipping delays caused by USPS, weather conditions, holidays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. CAPPD by TB is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided at checkout. If you notice an error, contact us as soon as possible. We'll do our best to update it before your order ships.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Once your order has been marked as delivered by the shipping carrier, CAPPD by TB is not responsible for lost or stolen packages. If you believe your package has been lost, please contact USPS directly to file a claim.

Domestic Shipping
